I get asked this a lot, so here's a brief summary of the way I see or work with energy in a session 💫

When I'm working with someone's energy, I primarily rely on my clairsentient and clairvoyant abilities and thirdly, clairaudient.

Clairsentience is the ability to feel. I am hypersensitive and to give you an idea, some things I've felt in the past from clients (without clients disclosing to me) would be pain issues, headaches, UTI's, cancer, digestive issues, anxiety, dysregulated nervous system/stress response and a wide spectrum of suppressed emotions.

After connecting in, I'm then shown the root cause, be it past trauma, relationship dynamics, past life (karmic) or ancestral alongside any associated limiting beliefs.

All this guidance is to help me to understand what it is that I am looking at and working with. And this work is in collaboration with you and your unconscious aspect, your higher self and my team of multidimensional guides.

When I'm doing energy work or channeling, I see the clients energy field and their chakras including any distortions, blockages, holes/tears, psychic attacks, entities etc.

Chakra's not only hold energy but are portals containing memories, suppressed emotional baggage, trauma, physical health issues, karmic or ancestral patterns, limiting beliefs and so on. Whatever you are ready to shift and heal, I journey deep into this space to begin the clearing work, discreating the duality so it's brought back into a state of harmony and alignment, weaving and anchoring in divine frequencies. I've had lots of clients share their experience of observing geometric patterns and particular frequency colours weaved in during their session.....which is spot on 👌

I believe working through the depths of your shadow self allows you to heal traumas, clear you energy, assisting you to evolve into sovereignty of self, so you can ultimately create your reality on your highest and best timeline.

And also importantly, helping clients come to their own guidance system and illuminating who they truly are - the mental or emotional pain or patterns are not your essential being, it's not your true core self.

I remembered a past life in Atlantis....

During a past life regression 2 years ago, I journeyed back to an Atlantean lifetime - one where I was a young male energy worker.

In that lifetime, I saw an etheric template around me: a luminous bluish geometric grid with codings, vibrating knowledge, wisdom, etheric data connected multi-dimensionally. It was like looking into the soul’s code across lifetimes, my personal Akashic Records wrapped around me.

The Soul's Blueprint.

I believe this memory came to remind me (and maybe you) that healing isn’t just about this lifetime - it’s about clearing what’s been imprinted for lifetimes that is impacting on this lifetime. Clearing karmic contracts, inorganic matter, spells/curses and much more.

It's also about reclaiming past gifts, soul gifts.

Since this soul gift activation, it's taken me through a slow process of rewiring a new freeway for energy to run more efficiently, receiving energy frequency codes, allowing for each one to integrate before receiving the next code.

Since then, my energy healing sessions have organically evolved; energetically repairing the blueprint of the energy body through the multiple lifetimes, across time, space and dimensions.

My work is comprehensive and I wanted to make a note that healing from experiences or life events in this incarnation is just as important, if not more important. However, if you've been healing but still feel stuck in certain areas, your etheric imprint may be holding the key to go deeper.

Fears can otherwise highlight areas where you may need growth, preparation, or courage. Fear isn’t always a stop sign - it can be a guide post showing you where expansion is possible.

Forgiveness is one of the most powerful self love healings that you can do for yourself and another.

Forgiving someone does not mean that you condone what they did to you or forget what they did.

It means that you no longer allow the past to have a hold on your life today.

That you are willing to release the hurt and the pain.

That you no longer wish to be tied to the experience or the person connected to the experience in a negative way.

That you are releasing both yourself and the person you choose to forgive from a tie that holds you both back that you wish to be free from.

Noticing Your Glimmers

Glimmers are the opposite of triggers.

They’re those micro moments that make you feel warm, safe and at peace.

They're small moments of awe.

They spark subtle mood shifts and feelings of hope.

It could be sunlight on your skin, the way someone smiles at you, hearing your favourite song, the smell of freshly cut grass.

These tiny moments aren’t random - they’re signs that you're present and connected.

The more we notice glimmers, the more we:
💫 Stay grounded in the present moment
💫 Raise our vibration and attract more joy
💫 Feel supported by the Universe
💫 Rewire our nervous system toward feelings of calm and safety

How does multidimensional healing work exactly?

Everything is vibrational. Science has proven that what appears as matter is actually made of mostly space and vibrating particles assembled as atoms.

I work multi-dimensionally as part of a team of high vibrational energies that work with me and through me to deliver what's in the highest good of the client.

I have been taught to access different frequencies, journey to dimensions and timeframes so that multi-level harmony can be brought to the energetic systems of the client.

Our subtle bodies, which include our complex energetic components and layers, store information over eons. This will include ancestral, past life, other dimensions and our experiences in this incarnation. With permission, all of this can be accessed and explored, be systematically untangled, healed and rewoven. By discreating the duality that is holding us back, we can then create the space to choose the life we wish to experience.

Apart from the real physical and emotional changes that are noticed after a healing session, clients tend to feel that their life flows better, a sense of freedom, light, and unexplained sense of ease. 🦋

I'm always reluctant to use the word 'healer', because I'm aware that I'm not healing anybody. But rather the vibration of healing radiates from my beingness, holding space, being an open channel to facilitate clients through their personal healing.

The success and outcome of our time spent together is not dependent on me, but rather is dependent on the clients desire to feel better. It makes all the difference when clients have the willingness and hold the intention to heal. A person can only be healed to the level of the belief that they can be healed as every one of us has free will and the ability to write our own reality script.

And then there are those of us who have chosen to do the work as a 'healer.' That have grown from personal life experiences, undertaken intense training to evolve into beings of tremendous compassion, resilience, empathy, sensitivity, strength with an inner fire.

Our role is to empower others so that they also recognize the medicine within themselves. Our job is to reinforce how strong, resilient and courageous you are while providing tools that you can utilise and become more confident in the role of self healer. 💜

Always nice to wake up to messages like these 😊 This lovely client had been experiencing anxiety symptoms, insomnia, was extremely exhausted, feeling stuck and disconnected. After connecting with her subtle body, we removed a lot of stuck energy from suppressed emotions, inner child healing, healing of a past life persecution wound and activation of her earth star chakra. It was a BIG realignment session for which she was fully ready to receive, gaining huge shifts and channelled guidance for her to act on. 💜
